In order to park together you must arrive together.

Refund Policy:  Full refund up to one month before rally.  Refunds requested after one month before rally will be made after deducting any monies that cannot be recovered due to commitments already made in the name of the attendee.  Following the rally, and after all income & expense has been accounted for, balance of fee will be refunded provided there is excess funds available.
